Does NOT not work for anyone or ANY phone. As of Dec 26, 2016 - still not working. Worked for a while up to three weeks ago when they issues a security update. Confirmed with liveperson that it doesn't not work and they are aware of the issue - on any phone. No eta for when it will work. Asking for refund of monthly payment.
Can't log in ! I have a samsung s6 edge. I was able to connect the first day. Now when i try to connect i get login failed there was a problem logging in please try again later. I have no problems connecting on my laptop.
I can't log in. I'm 100% sure the credentials are correct but it returns a log in failure error. Device: Nvidia Shield Tablet. Latest updates all installed (Tablet & LiveEngage app). Thanks.
This does not work on phone(s) fine on desktop but cannot login via phone. Why have an app that you cannot login to? ZERO support via their website and/or knowledge base.
