Can't add my mobile phone # Says it's already being used. I just started using the app so how is that possible!!!? App is useless to me or not very smart. So I can't. I need assistance. I can't even login to the Web portal and I've verified my email already. Why isn't anyone responding!!!!

To keep your info private, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email & phone number you're trying to use, and we'll clear things up for you. Never sends notifications to my phone. I DO have notifications turned on in my apps settings. Wish we could go back to the old method of alerts.

Not able to choose India country code for registering. Android 4.4.2
Doesn't connect. Even though the app is loaded, when my daughter requests me to watch her walk and I accept it tells me to download the app. I even tried uninstalling and starting over. Wish it worked!
