Based off the fitnesspal interface. Less extra options which is good since those are often unuseable (unless you buy) and take up space on the screen. Food library is less extensive than the one of fitnesspal but its mostly there. I like the food diary summary on the first screen that tells me how far along I am with my daily macros (currently doing keto diet). I chose fitnesspal over this one because it's easier to add my own recipes.
This app is very easy to use and provides all nutritional information right at your fingertips...for FREE...When you click on "Overview" it gives percentages for fat, carbs, sugar, sodium, protein, fiber, etc...which makes it easy to see where you're at throughout the day. Please add a way to log steps for walking and fix the app so calories burned don't add more calorie allowance to the daily total. If those are fixed I would definitely rate this a 5.
Ok so I've had a different calorie counter b4 this one. I liked this one at first, seems easy to follow however I think I'm going back to my other one. The portions are whack. No teaspoons/tablespoons/mls. Everything is in cups so I gotta use a converter on Google 🙄. They dont save ur portions so u gotta re-enter every day. Not as many options for addding misc calories or excercise.
I found this to be a very helpful app to log my dietary intake, my only disappointment so far is that the food database is incredibly small compared to fitness pal, which means way too much time creating foods to enter your into the system. It really slows the process of logging your food. This may eventually force me to go back to fitness pal.
This app is great. Terrific user interface and very user friendly. You aren't able to log your micronutrients specifically in the free version, but it allows you to track just about everything else. It even magically knows how many steps I've taken and accounts for the caloric burn accordingly. It also provides your net calorie consumption(calories consumed-calories burned).I have to say , the app has been very helpful so far. Overall, very good app and I recommend it highly if you're looking for a calorie tracking app. I'm extremely satisfied with it and don't have a single complaint at all...especially since it's free.
Handy app to track my weight, what I'm eating & how much I'm burning. Helps get a better understanding of the different foods calorie loads so I can make better choices. The only criticism is that the library of food is mainly American products so it's difficult to find the items I'm buying but you have the option to I'm put your own items too. All in all, it's a useful app for me.
