So far so good! I love the bar scan reader - it makes it so easy to track what I'm eating...actually makes it TOO easy- I had no idea I was such a pig! I downloaded this app because I have a lot of food allergies and I have a hard time balancing my fiber, protein, fat and carb intake with my food choices at times. Little did I know how unbalanced my diet really was. This gives you a detailed summary throughout the day of your fiber, protein, fat, carbs, calories and more. Plus it has an exercise tracker as well.
This is one of the best apps I have found for losing weight. I wish I could scan my food into my personal Foods so I could save the scans. The way it is set up right now you scan as you go but if you do not use the scan you will lose it from your memory. That is the only bug I would like to see fixed. If you are counting calories make sure you download this awesome program. If they can fix that one bug I would definitely pay for this app !!!
Love it I have just used this app today, so that's why I only rated it 4 stars plus it doesn't have my food in their database. But for me it's just a minor problem as it can be easily added. Visually, I think this app is one of the most pleasing to my eyes. Hopefully the developer won't change the UI. The app is easy to use and it also has a very helpful community. There are tons of tips by the members and they are mostly nice. I have read numerous good tips although I hope they would post it in correct categories.
Easy to use I like the breakdown of meals, snacks, and water. Most foods are already in the database thanks to other users. Would be nice if other beverages added toward water consumption. Also, as your personal menu grows, it becomes harder to quick-pick entries, and this reduces the incentive to eat a variety of foods for nutritional content. The app does give feedback on nutrition though, and for that I consider it better than other food tracker apps.
This app is great! I can link it to my other workout apps. It even totals the calories to account for breastfeeding, the only app I've seen to do that, acknowledging mom's and our desire to lose weight in a healthy way. Thank you so much for this gr r at app! I've already lost 15lbs with the help of this app, when I was at a plateau. It helps!!
Easy to use Really works great and not like your on a diet. No prepping food 2-3 days ahead and the scanner makes it easy no typing. Now using for about 3 weeks and found I did not loose any weight for the first two because I had my weight plugged in to what I was (it maintained my weight perfectly) however I plugged in the weight I want to be and lost 7 pounds in 7 days. I'm impressed
