Truly terrible app designed to extract as many 'customer data points' as possible. You have to have the app to gain entry? Really??? Flashy and not really helpful, especially when all nearby telecom cells are full. Feels too corporate and not designed with any understanding or appreciation of their customers. Deleting straightaway now that I've been. I will seriously consider not going to the Festival at all next year.

Had a text in the morning telling me to download and refresh my tickets in the app, which I did. However, when I arrived at the venue later and opened t
