As London’s iconic concert and events venue, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience even better - The OVO Arena, Wembley app promises to do just that.

Our new Android app allows you to have your ticket on your phone, pre-order your food, drinks & merchandise and take advantage of special offers, personalised to you.

Read all about it below, then download to bring the Wembley experience to the palm of your hand.

*Food & drink – Enter a world of app-exclusive discounts and special offers! Add your items to your bag, checkout using a range of payment methods, then collect your orders on the night.

*Merchandise – We’ll be uploading merch before each event, so get ahead of the crowd by pre-ordering your favourites before you get to the arena.

*AXS tickets – Browse our upcoming events, buy tickets through AXS, then head to your app Wallet to download your tickets to your phone.

*Social - Enter exclusive competitions, have your say in our polls, then take and share photos from your event. You’ll be able to see both yours and other visitors’ on our Photo walls.

*Venue map & seating plan – Navigate the arena with ease! Find your nearest bars, the way to your seat, and other points of interest.

*Credit - We love rewarding our visitors and so do our sponsors! Be sure to check the app regularly for ways to earn credit to spend on your visit.

Oops! Incorrect email or password... Same issue as everyone else I think, email address verified, looks like I'm logged in but when I go to display tickets it asks to log in again and won't recognise the account. If I were this incompetent at my job I'd have been sacked long ago. How can you publish an app which doesn't fulfill its purpose????

Three phone calls, downloading the AXS app as well and at least an hour of trying and the tickets would not load into either apps. So, last night, I had to go early, join the long queue at the box office at the venue to get a printed ticket. This system is shameful and its on you to sort it out. How have you managed to create a booking system that puts me off ever attending your venue again? Congrats.

Every time I login it says my password is wrong... It's not but then when I try to reset my correct password it says my email address is invalid 👀 but when I open the app again I'm logged in. Most of the tickets for events I can't even see to buy, just get an error page that keeps glitching. An when I am lucky enough to find something of interest, when I try to access tickets I can't get through because it doesn't recognise my details even though they are all Correct! Waste of time and money!
