Where do I even start. An absolute car crash of an App. The worst I have ever used. And the stakes are so high - tickets to a dream gig that can't be accessed. Thirty years waiting to see Queen and unable to enter the venue because of this appalling App. I did everything right. I checked and double checked but then the App failed and failed again and again. 90 minutes later I had missed the first 30 minutes of the gig. O2 should be utterly ashamed. AVOID.

Absolute rubbish, tickets initially appeared in the app but disappeared a few days before the show, but a QR code resetting every minute remained. Turned out this QR code wasn't what I needed to get into the O2. Spent over half an hour messing about with a help desk at the O2 to fix this app and finally download the full tickets (connect to WiFi, reinstall app etc). Apparently it "just doesn't work sometimes", their words, not mine. There is no failsafe - outrageous.

Well this app turned my experience upside down. It was perfect when you ordered your tickets online and they were posted to your house. No problem whatsoever. But for some absolutely stupid reason, O2 decided to wipe this perfectly working system with this app. And let me tell you, it has turned the process of looking forward to a concert, to a build up of stress for the struggle of using this app. Not impressed whatsoever. Please 02, change it back to the way it worked. 🙏
