I hate this app!! I can't got in to make any changes I only wanted one contact to hear the ring back and everyone gets it.. So no it's NOT GOOD AND IT TELLS ME THAT BOOST MUSIC HAS STOPPED!!! Please report the problem what for your doing nothing about it you guys should be ashamed of yourself
Will no longer open! I have the Boost Motorola E 2nd Gen and as of 9/1/15 this app will not even open for me. It pops up with an error message that says 'Error. This purchase cannot be completed due to a billing error.'
Lies I bought a ring back tone and it don't work half the time. I've called a couple time and asked about it and was told lies every time. And different lies. One time I called and was told boost was running updates on their system. The next time I called and was told that it states in the terms that it does not work every time. And one time I called I was told there was a problem with my phone itself and needed an upgrade. It's a brand new phone. What's up with all the lies?
This app sucks and doesn't work properly, it won't let you make changes to your ring back tones. I have complained numerous times and the problem has not been fixed.
Unable to change my ringtone and ringback tone. When selecting the features just a blank screen pops up and you only can select confirm or cancel. Can't share songs that are purchased via bluetooth feature to other owned devices like smart watch etc. Music doesnt save in your phone music library. It is only available in boost music app.
Spent $$ on songs via store app. Unable to listen to music until monthly $$ is submitted for phone usage & data usage. ** music was purchased & paid for. Not allowing to listen/open app & listen to PURCHASED music is *illegal. Plz correct condition. Will hold off a bit until I report to appropriate authorities
