Worst experience ! Absolutely terrible experience, My money has been stuck for over 3 months, and despite countless emails and calls, there has been no refund, no proper response, and no accountability from anyone. The most shocking part is that after facing this issue, I checked the reviews and found multiple customers reporting the same problem. Unfortunately, missed reading those reviews before making the payment. Poor customer service, poor communication.

My overall experience with Livspace was good, and I would rate it around 4 out of 5. I had seen the work of Livspace, so I decided to go with them without checking other brands. I got a modular kitchen, two wardrobes, a TV unit and a shoe rack unit. I mostly liked the convenience because after fixing the interior design, Livspace handled everything. The design was very good, and the colours and materials were suggested by Livspace. I am also happy with the finishing.
