We use the latest online security to protect your money, your information and your privacy. Our app checks your details, your device and its software for security before you log on. If your phone is lost or stolen, we can block it from being used to try and access your accounts.

6 Dec 2023. Downloaded the update and now the app won't work. It says I've been deregistered. Phoned the helpline who suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't resolve the issue. So I can no longer use the app, which is very inconvenient. 9 Jan 2024 update. App issue still not resolved. Where is the support? 17 Jan 2024: new update installed, but still doesn't work. I give up ! 9 Feb 2024: New update works! Only taken 2 months to resolve!

Latest updates have broken the app. I can no longer deposit cheques using the app. It is proving very difficult to scan the cheque, and when I manage too I always get message saying there was an error reading the cheque and I should try again. It's not me or my phone, I've been paying in cheques with the app, on this phone, for 5 or 6 years.

If I could give minus 5 I would have. After 7/ 8 attempts to set up I could not get past the memorable information part of the form. Absolute nightmare and still not registered for mobile banking . Even the chap on the help desk was unable to help simply saying "Try again later"
