Permissions needed for RightTrack users

● RightTrack uses foreground services to enhance user safety, ensure accurate trip recording, and provide valuable feedback to the user regarding their driving behavior. It's essential for detecting when you start a drive and to accurately log the route taken, driving behavior, and other relevant metrics.
● The service is activated when you begin driving. This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity.
● RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

Ratings and reviews

RightTrack considers using your car's touchscreen and Bluetooth to make a call as phone usage, so an incident will occur whenever a call is placed while you are driving. Top tier driving from my family (90-100) and their app literally says that I should expect a discount, but my renewal quote is actually a price increase. How does that make sense? Shop around. It's worth it, if it'll save you money in the long run.

Don't think the app works Right. Installed it on Sep, for 2+ months have always been rated 87+, with Braking as "excellent" (deep green). This week (two weeks before end of "review period") suddenly rated at 83, with braking as "poor"(red), a three-category drop, and I always drive the same way! Sometimes I would walk to building next door to my office, pull phone out, and see "RightTrack recording in progress"??! (I don't think I can walk at normal car speed?). Really fishy!

App says that changing my coverage isn't supported and will be added "soon." I set my coverage online in the first place, now I can't modify it? All I wanted to do was switch over minimal coverage from one vehicle to another. Both older vehicles, both rather inexpensive. So I had to do it over the phone and my rate somehow doubled. What a joke. Thought they might've not taken off the first vehicle, but they did. One policy for the price of two! Gotta love it.
