Horrible. Unable to access my auto policy. Routinely crashes and fails to load past the landing page despite having the correct password. Doesn't open in the app and redirects to a browser login. Very close to switching back to progressive or travelers. Had flawless UI and customer support with both of those. I have contacted liberty mutual 6 separate times over 30 days to explain the issue, and no action has been taken. I am told to wait and that they are having account access issues.

This app is a huge pain in the butt. Just to save $47.00?? That's all!! 90 days of having to have my phone battery settings on highest possible, otherwise it won't record your trip. Uses all of your battery and then won't record due to your dead battery. Terrible technology. I've spent the last 90 days with a constantly dead phone. One, count them 1 hard breaking takes you from excellent to fair. It doesn't matter if the occurrence was your fault or not. Hated every minute of this app.

It's not bad as compared to other driving apps I've used, but I am disappointed. When driving my daily driver I was scoring Excellent in all categories. I take one 60 mile trip in my classic car and the braking score drops to Good. I had plenty of time to slow down on the highway to pull into a parking lot and got dinged for hard breaking. Now I go back to the daily driver, get all around Excellent scores again but I'm still stuck at Good. The scoring seems to be a bit harsh to me.
