I have problems with the webtool which I reported few months ago. They keep on giving me canned responses. Up to this day, my issue is not resolved. This is aggravating! If I have the option to choose 0 star, I will!

Very useful. No need to memorize codes. Also, I saw that there is another LoadCentral App. Is it different from this? Thanks!
