Worked fine until i upgraded my phone I've been using the app on a samsung NoteII and it worked fine. The i upgraded my phone to a Note5. Whenever i try to log in it keeps saying : "Cannot proceed... 300 device not allowed". Ofcourse ive activated adroid on my account. I even uninstalled then reinstalled aswell as deactivate/re-activated.
Bad thing happened You are almost 10 years but you cannot implement any notification that the app is updated. And aside from that you makes as all waste time.. buti sana ang pag upgrade successful kahit hnd nag notify.. ok nlng sana un pero hindi.. palpak parinng app.. hnd mka login sa web app.. useless dn ang pag upgrade ano ni upgrade nyo..? ung numero ng version ng app..?
Poor Tumigil lang ako saglit tapos nung bumalik ako di na ako mkapag log in both webtool and app. Pina reset ko password ko tapos di parin mkpag log in pra gawin yung pag change ng password kasi kailangan ng security key. kung mag assist man nga lng di pa detailed kung anong gagawin. Di ko nman alam na nag update kau ng software wla namang pinagbago.
Very disappointed If I can give zero as a rating i will give that. I loaded a customer today when I got this error message. So obviously if there's an error, the load was not sent and so i tried again. The second time it worked. But when i checked my balance i noticed the load was sent twice and i reach out to your support and they told me they can't give me back my money? Seriously? It was an obvious issue on yout part and you can't admit it's yout fault? Very disappointed client here!
No Deposit Verification support. I patronized this company before because everything was all fine. But not until I was not credited my replenishment of P500. Yes, just a miniscule amount compared to others but this amount matters to me considering the discount I get for selling via Load Central. Im so disappointed with their support If such a thing exist. They have no dedicated people to really investigate my dispute. To this day I have been waiting for a single reply from the emails I have sent since almost two weeks ago and counting.😢😖
Cant use properly Nung first install ko okey sya gumagana.. Den, nag format ako ng phone at nag install again hnd na sya gumagana.. Always nag sending failed.. Bat ganun?? Waiting sa feedback nyo.. Thank you... Much betterkc gumamit ng app mabilis.. Kesa mnual ako magtatype sa msg ko..
