Very very poor. I have account with Opay. with average of 500k a month. I got linked to this app through Opay. Yet my loan for 20k is declined. The essence of the loan was to improve my credit rating. It is worthless relationship. My annual turnover on O pay average 6m. What is the essence of the relationship when data are not shared. I have deleted the app, even though they waste money, time and marketing expenses to download again and again

Its a good app so far, once you fill the first registration, you can keep applying without hassles. But, I think the interest rate is too high, and it takes too long after loaning with them before they open the longer tenure. It has served me well so far whenever I'm choiceless, but you guys can do better and gain more grounds if the interest rate is lower. Especially for those that has been consistent with you guys without defaulting. Hence my 3stars

Very easy to access with very low interest rate, no delays, immediate disbursement, no scams, very commendable. But the second time I want to apply is still on reviewing till date, they said apply next time, I was disappointed, because I refunded my loan as at when due, I don't know why refusing my application? Besides, no communication channels to contact you , no wasap, no reliable phone number, only email, which you don't even reply mails. Take note!!!
