Loan payoff descripency We called for the payoff, and then 3 hours later, we called to pay off our loan, and the amount went up over $20 higher. Asked why it's over $20 more, the person gave us some double talk about why. This company gives you a low monthly payment but seems to charge you almost the same amount in interest. It's a loan scam as far as I'm concern and doesn't help your credit. Buyer beware for sure. I will never go with this company again or any business that uses them.

--caution--Update, i did my taxes yesterday. H&R block said the tax credit program they are running is to scam people. They are writing a contract to be awarded the customers credit after 18 months, the taxer said they are basically stealing thousands from each customer.. This bank wont be around long.. They ran multiple credit reports destroying my score (after I was approved the 1st time).
