Ratings and reviews

Great when it works...but it very rarely does. Often tells me my cart is empty when it clearly indicates there are items in my bag. Will.sometimes tell me it can't see the items in my bag, and then often I can't check out. I have been trying to place an order for a week with no success across ios, Android and windows devices. This often happens during bonus redemption events. Unfortunately their support team is rarely able to resolve the issue.

I like most features of this app. However I am very disappointed in the medication renewal feature. I can see my meds and how many refills I have left which is great. But on more than 2 occasions when I requested a refill on a medication [it was different meds each time] the pharmacy never filled it. When I called the pharmacy a number of days later they said they never received the request. Either remove the refill request feature or fix this please.

Never used a worse app. 1) Login with biometrics never works and it gets you to sign in anyways which makes biometrics redundant. Whether or not you press the remember me on this device, it won't remember you and prompts for verification every time. 2) now Pharmacy doesn't load the prescriptions for family members so there is no way to refill these prescriptions since my store doesnt answer their phone. 3) They have AI implemented in the app to scrape your health data and breach privacy
