The deals are great when you can get them but in the last 2 years local flavor has become a pain. Posting in small groups for over an hour so a lot of time is wasted watching and then when they go live you get all kinds of payment errors or it says it's not available. Have to fight for about 20+ mins to get what you're trying for. Never was that way in the past but have to do it if you want it because it'll be gone before you hear back from customer service

Increasingly more frustrating to use. I've set reminders for 8:00 for the new deals coming out, purchased said deals through the app. Only to have the pending charges dropped and no deals in my account if these are selling out in less than 10 minutes, there's really no point in posting these deals, people will not be using this if they know it sells out in such a short time. Also what's the point of advertising in the flyer if they can't even last a half an hour.

It's okay. I don't think it's clear for merchants or customers as to how to properly redeem the coupons. I still think one of my local joints lost out on a couple dollars. My main complaint is that I cannot figure out how to disable the Push Notifications on deals. I don't want them. I wouldn't mind getting them if I could disable the notification sound, but sometimes the notification frequency become overbearing in general.
