Great idea (not theirs first of course) but badly run. Without any warning to me and for the space of about a week, Acasa held roughly £1200 owed to me by my flatmates - I'm the chief bill/rent payer so there's usually reasonably large amounts going through my account. Needless to say this caused me a huge amount of stress and only after 3 days of frantic emailing did I eventually manage to get through and have the payment refunded to my flatmates, who then had to send it through their banks separately. Oh and forget about calling to get through to someone to talk to, as they don't have any kind of customer service phone number - I checked quite thoroughly! Even without using this app for sending payments it is buggy at the best of times just for recording who owes who what. Ultimately if you can't trust it to record payments accurately then it's a waste of time. I'm now using an alternative app which runs much more smoothly.
This lovely app has really made my life easier. Thanks!
I literally cannot tell you how bad a decision renaming the app to mystery 'acasa' is. I actually deleted it off my phone thinking it was a rogue Spanish language app. What on earth have you done to a solid and a popular app? Acasa is a forgetful name with a forgetfully blue/green interface. What the hell. No seriously who the hell made this god awful decision. Fire them.
It's a mess, after 30 minutes trying to link the house with my flatmate we just gave up. Where can it be the house created deleted? I can't see the house code on android or insert any code, but she can with apple. Don't get that
After one month ,the app is not adding any new cost
Running your home, that’s our job! And part of it is making sure your expenses are well organised and tracked. That’s why now you can add your receipts to any cost, regardless they’re stored as an image or a pdf file on your device. And since we care if your house is all squared, we haven’t overlooked payments either. We know to err is human and we’re making it possible (again) to archive and restore wrongfully added transactions.
