The idea to start the food chain was generated from an incident happened in one of the founders family. A young 28 years male, non alcoholic, non smoker, athlete, with no family history of cardiac disease has passed away with acute myocardial ischemia (heart attack). Major risk factor attributed for his death is “outside food”. It’s not an isolated case in one of the founder’s family, but it has been observed as a social problem and is been neglected. Various recent scientific articles, reports and data has been cautioning about
significant increase in life style disease like obese, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. And for all the two most common reasons are “food” and “lack of physical activity”. Qurioseaty in line with our vision would like to address the problem scientifically and methodologically. Organization is governed by the Quality Management System and standard operating procedures for entire process starting from procurement of raw material to disposal of waste materials. All the food is prepared based on the recipe provided by the chef and validated by nutritionist for balanced nutrients in a give portion.
