For each task, you can set an estimated duration to get a notification when your time is overdue.
You can also set an hourly price for billing purpose.
For each task, a completion percentage is displayed, based on the estimated duration. The percentage turns yellow at 90% and red at 100%.
The working sessions are recorded and can be sent by e-mail or other means, depending on the apps installed on your device.
The working time is counted even if you exit from the app, as the counter continues to run in background and a notification icon will remind you of the presence of a task in progress.
You can also reset the total time spent for a task. This feature is useful for repetitive tasks.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down periods of work into 25-minute intervals called "pomodori", separated by short breaks. The method is based on the idea that frequent breaks can improve mental agility.

Now here's a few things you should know before downloading:
- This is not an organizer. If you can't keep track of what you're supposed to be doing, this app is not for you. The app includes tracking of projects so you know how much time you spent working on each of your clients/books/websites/whatever - like a timesheet, but it's not meant to be an organizer or a to-do list.
- This app will not let you pause pomodori or finish them early, so if you have a tiny baby-sized bladder and you need to pause every few minutes, this app is not for you. The shortest pomodoro you can set is 10 minutes and you're not supposed to be interrupted. That's the point of the Pomodoro Technique, that's how it's different from just using a stopwatch and that's why I'm not going to include a pause button. Also because I use this app too, and I'd be the first to abuse that pause feature to go look up random stuff on Wikipedia.
- Pomodoro Challenge doesn't contain any images of tomatoes because they're entirely peripheral to the Pomodoro Technique. It was just an accident that Francesco Cirillo (the guy who invented the Pomodoro Technique) had a timer that looked like a tomato, and there is no empirical evidence that images of tomatoes make you more productive.
