The biggest disappointment of this app is that the Welcome Mode only allows one time frame to be set for all days of the week. One can not customize each day of the week. This is fine for a standard check in time like a rental but for an organization that has multiple meetings on different days of the week, one has to go into the app and change the Welcome Mode each day to match whatever the meeting times are instead of being able to program each day with multiple time frames/Welcome Modes.

Can never connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I could be standing in line of sight within 3 feet of the hub, the lock and my router, and it won't connect through any means. I've reset the lock, app and hub several times. Same results. Very frustrating to buy a $600 smartlock, only to have a $600 dumb lock.

Easy Install with an app (BILT) guided tutorial. Process was fairly effortless. Love the convenience of not having to use key and don't have to give anyone code just unlock if you allow person entrance.
