Unable to open the app. Big fail.

For the past 2 months the app does not open. Keeps saying "Unfortunately the content has not loaded successfully. Please try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same issue.

Often, the app does not load or asks that I set up a profile, though I already have one. My easiest route to access is to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I need to use it.
