For the past 2 months the app does not open. Keeps saying "Unfortunately the content has not loaded successfully. Please try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same issue.

Downloaded the app as part of my check in process for a stay next week and am unable to add my stay to my account within the app, making it functionally useless. My reservation is showing on the website, but not the app.

App works fine, love these hotels. Especially the Loews Minneapolis, superb property. Get their tea at the restaurant.
