Hi, Lofty app in my Android phone suddenlystopped loading. When the App icon is clicked, it shows an errer message. I have sent an email with screenshot of error message, but there is no response. Please address the issue as I cannot access urgently required school documents. Who do I call to get this issue resolved? Update: the issue was resolved after a month. Out of the blue one day I downloaded it again after a month and it worked.

Good thing about the app is that it contains no ads. But the overall app experience is very bad. There are no animations, no consistency in font, and the UI looks very basic. It takes a lot of time to load the contents. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone, even though it has no ads.

Suddenly stopped working Showing error message. This is the third time it's happening. I tried on different phone , same error. Tried your customer support, no use . After one reply , they don't even bother to listen to the customer. Same problem with 80% people. If there would have been option of giving negative stars, you people would have scored in millions. I don't want to give you even a single star.
