So you got yourself a shiny Freefly VR a wireless Glide controller?
This app puts all the Glide enabled VR experiences in one place...
Before starting the app, it is essential the whole screen is used during the alignment process. Some Android phones keep home screen buttons on the screen, even when an app is running.
It is easy to remove these with a one-time only process. Head over to your Display Settings menu and search 'Home Screen Buttons' option (or something described similar). You should be able to deactivate or 'Hide' these buttons for apps of your choice. Please hide the buttons for the Freefly VR app.
For example, LG G3 owners would need to select:
Settings / Display / Home Touch Buttons / Hide Home Touch Buttons and select the Freefly VR app.
- Please ensure no other apps are running when the Freefly VR app is running. If the app crashes, it is likely to be that another instance of the Freefly app is running and not previously closed. Please ensure the app is properly closed before starting.
***HOW TO PLAY CURATED CONTENT***
At the end of the alignment process you will find a selection of demos to get started with. As we add new titles, they will automatically appear when you next open the app.
When you press the Play icon, you will be directed to Google Play and invited to install the app.
Once the app has finished downloading, it will automatically play.
The next time you start the Freefly VR app and select that title, it will play automatically as it has already been downloaded to your phone. Just any other Google Play title, you will also be able to access that title directly via the icon on your home screen or menu.
