LogiPlan is a construction logistics, project and site management application.


It contains the latest innovation in construction project management including delivery schedule and bookings, delivery status, delivery check in and delay, booking vehicles and other resources on site, unloading zones, check points, gates, waste management including managing containers and waste type.


Registered users get access to both the iOS application and web application.


FEATURES

The application involves a clear separation of roles and permission management for a construction site. A logistics supervisor, site manager or subcontractor user will be invited to the project with different roles and get different permissions and capabilities.


The Delivery Schedule module contains a clear daily schedule for delivery, resource and waste bookings. Users are informed with email, SMS and push notifications of status changes in the application. They can change the status of deliveries or perform a delivery check. Bookings are marked clearly with the color of the unloading zones they use and resources they use as cranes and telehandlers.


The Deviations module helps register and follow up on deviations connected to deliveries and project deviations at the site. A deviation documents supplier or subcontractor, pictures, and status of deviations. Deviations are connected to overall project statistics.


The Waste Management module manages waste containers, waste type and status for each of the containers. Users can order a new container or send a message that the containers should be emptied or returned.


The Order module provides an overview of orders prepared for suppliers. Users can send bulk orders or send separate orders per item.
