Ratings and reviews

I emailed them at the address they commented and they sent me a fix to install. The updated app seems to work like normal now. But I'm still not real impressed with them even letting that one get out the door. It seems like it crashed on every android device, how did they not pick up on that? And how have they still not officially released the fix?

Regret buying, but it was expensive so I'm sort of stuck with it. I did a ton of homework. Bought after a friend recommended. 3 cameras failed, they exchanged 2. I'm still stuck with 1. Less than a year old. Images went pink. App locked out recently. Still can't log in, so cams are useless. I pay for the extra service and it very much not worth it, definitely canceling soon. If your looking, keep looking.

Latest update broke the connectivity! I have latest firmware on my cameras, and updated the app as well. Now my 2 cameras go constantly offline, basically useless. At times, they don't ever get back online. I have done several resets, uninstalling and installed app (with phone reboots between) and nothing helped. Nothing has changed in regards to my home internet, equipment, or wifi. I noticed that when I use the app to access the cameras, it would cause them to go offline as well! Ridiculous.
