Can't sign in - unusable Looks like in was able to create an account but can't login. The login screen says signing in and then returns back to the sign in/ create account page. I tried with Facebook login, gmail login and email login. It seems like a new layer of the screen comes on top because when I hit the "back" button it keeps returning yo the same screen. I'm basically stuck and cant proceed. I have to use my roommates phone and the app works fine on that one. There seems to be a lack of testing
Doesn't work properly! The hub and remote are great but this mobile app is shockingly poor because it just doesn't function properly. For the record.....I did email, as requested and did receive a call to be told that my issues had been referred to the tech team. Seven months on and I haven't heard from anyone.
Embarrassment to an otherwise great company This app is a total joke. The menus are nearly impossible to navigate, you have to tap and swipe at black screens just to get a page full of missing options to show up. It's missing so many basic features that the PC/mac app has but the only way to program the remote/hub devices is with this. Logitech is too good of a company fit such a piss poor app. Embarrassment.
Unable To Reach hub. I keep going against my better judgment and buying logitech garbage. The iPhone app works fine, but this app can't even connect to the hub. I have to borrow my wife's phone every time I want to modify any activities...not very smart or convenient.
WTF Since the last major update it takes to long to connect to my hubs, somewhere between 1-3 minutes. Before I thought it took an unreasonably long time of 30-60 seconds buy now it's just useless to use the app for remote needs. When I turn on or off an activity it takes a crazy amount of time before my hub registers it. It used to be instant. To edit my activities is just as much of chore now due to connection times. I'm surprised they are even doing this app. They should seriously give up.
Cannot edit activities Since the last update I've not been able to edit my activities through the app. It asks me to connect to the same WiFi network as the hub (which it is connected to). Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
