I love GoToAssist mobile app. I'm incredibly disappointed with the way they handle distribution of newer app versions. Replacing my icon with a greyed out version and text overlay of the word, "Old" is unprofessional at best in my opinion. That's the formal announcement I receive on my device to get the new version? Ridiculous.
Hey team it was a amazing app but after taking computer access am unable to use keyboard on my mobile there is problem or need to be do any settings?
This app is an indispensable support tool when you are in a pinch and don't have your laptop. It is much improved over the previous version.

Would it be possible to get better optimization on Chromebooks? That would be really helpful for me. Other than that it is a great product.
