The LogMeIn Rescue Customer allows support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your Android device. To use this application you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue and will provide you a pin code to start the session.

Technicians have the ability to chat, transfer files, view system diagnostic information, pull and push APN configurations (Android 2.3), push and pull WiFi configuration, and more. Remote control is available on the latest devices from Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Vertu, Kazam and more.

How to use:
1) Install the application
2) Launch the application from your Applications folder
3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

LogMeIn Rescue Customer uses accessibility service in order to provide full remote control of this device during a Rescue session. LogMeIn Rescue does not track or control any action or behaviour through this service outside of a Rescue session.

BEWARE OF THIS APP!!! IT'S USED BY SCAMMERS. A scammer just tried to use this on me in my attempt to cancel my Microsoft 365 personal subscription. They asked me to download it so they can look at my screen and "walk me through the cancellation". I was also asked to go to the AMEX website and buy a gift card "in order to get a refund for the subscription to my card & also in order to delete the card from the system", otherwise I'll still be charged. Both Microsoft & Amex have been notified!

I had to replace my old phone and get the app installed on my new phone. The agent who installed the app on my new phone told me that I was getting an upgrade. As it turned out, problems with the new app make it more of a downgrade. The review guidelines suggest listing positives and drawbacks: Positives - None Drawbacks - 1) The newer version has less functionality than the previous version. 2) The newer version interferes with other apps. The old version is an upgrade compared to the new.

AVOID! Wife was paying a medical bill & an error message popped up with a number to call. An Indian, Tom, said he'd fix it & call back in 10 mins. After 20 mins, she called again. Another Indian answered, transfered her to Tom. He then asked what phone system she was on. She asked why. He said only she could fix it & so he needed this app installed to guide her. The app had Satan LLC listed at the top, a different agent & wouldn't connect. Clearly a scam! She immediately hung up.

What’s new

Rescue + Mobile has rebranded to LogMeIn Rescue Customer. The application now features a minor update to its icon. All functionality remains unchanged, so you can continue using the application as usual.
