I want to be able to buy a ticket when and whereever I am. I buy the tickets electronically and don't understand why there is a 30 minute delay, I don't want to pick them up at the station. I have to choose train times for an open day return which is pointless. The app no longer sends passes to my pass device. Tickets in the wallet are blank so I have to load emails to show the conductor and no idea what I do at a ticket machine if there isn't someone there. Come on, sort it out.
What is the point of this app? I can't buy tickets due to some error, I can't access my e-ticket as the feature doesn't work. It's a waste of phone space.
Delay repay links to the external site which is purposely terrible to use which pollutes the entire user experience of the app. I hope whoever the fat cat is that made that decision sleeps well on his bed on money.
Won't even load, it always says it has stopped working (much like their trains)
Common journeys update as they used to and the app the app works well!
Been using this app on a daily basis without problem. Have come to rely on it. But since last update none of the the train time elements work and the search results state train operator not recognised!?

- New refresh button and last updated times on the dashboard.
- Other bug fixes and enhancements.
