App is broken I have a longos thank you card but when I try to log into this app it just puts me in a loop telling me the email address is already in use. This makes no sense as I am trying to log in not create a new account.
Awful! Won't let current customers log in using either card number or email and password - it says that they're already in use. Yeah, by ME. Zero stars if it were possible.
Not bad Remebers all my starred products on sale, shows all my purchases to rate..what else do u need...
Easy to use and convenient. Wonder about those bad reviews. App works find for me. Great for earning extra points. Shopping list is really useful.
This app is more of a highschool project than an app representing a premium brand in groceries. Freezes all the time. Sign up process gets you to type 11 digit card number instead of letting me scan it. Wants me to give it my date of birth. I was excited to get it but I am very disappointed. Needs to go back to school.
Does not work with existing card # App worked fine until I got a new phone. Reinstalled and it will not accept my original Thank You card number. Tried many times and have now emailed Longos and hope they will help.
