App is broken I have a longos thank you card but when I try to log into this app it just puts me in a loop telling me the email address is already in use. This makes no sense as I am trying to log in not create a new account.
Awful! Won't let current customers log in using either card number or email and password - it says that they're already in use. Yeah, by ME. Zero stars if it were possible.
Frustrating I thought it was ok until recently. In the last four months the app has rendered my longos card barcode unreadable. It makes the lines fuzzy. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now the grocery list won't load. My recommended products are for items I haven't and won't ever purchase. Those are to me the most important features of the app and they aren't working. I will try one more time and then I'll just go back to using my card and a notebook app for my grocery list.
The app has promise but it's been broken for so long. At first it would keep crashing when trying to load the card screen to be scanned at checkout (the main use case for this app), now, the barcode loads but it's too blurry, which makes it impossible to scan. I've tried 4 separate times now and it never scans, even with full brightness. Needs a higher resolution version of the barcode I'm guessing

Barcode won't scan The card on the app won't scan. It's happened so many times where the barcode is so fuzzy that they can't scan it. Sometimes will work if you completely uninstall the app and reinstall. Frustrating app.
