Ratings and reviews

Had this app installed on my phones for several years now. I know it is working there in the background but unobtrusively (I do pay for it but it is worth it) and the phones have remained trouble free all this time. The above is still true but the method for paying the subscription changed recently. I tried several times to renew it but failed each time and could get little guidance on what was going wrong. So I have had to abandon the app altogether.

Be Careful. My Samsung Galaxy S9 started acting up - One Drive wouldn't back up photos from the camera roll (it said back up was paused due to no wireless connection when the phone was connected to a network) and WhatsApp wouldn't back up to Google Drive (again, it kept stalling). I stumbled on the solution by chance - uninstalling Lookout solved both problems. It must be something to do with the VPN. Annoying as I have paid for Lookout. I had no problem before but problem started weeks ago.

What is going on? used to be great, then suddenly I can't send an email with an attachment, I get "No internet connection" even stops me uploading to cloud, saying no internet connection, on 4g or Wi-Fi, switched all of Lookout off and bingo emails sent!? Update:- Lookout were very helpful and all is fine now, still think it's a good app, even after having a few issues!
