Bait and Switch I purchased the premium plan and was very happy with the product with a reasonable charge. The app was installed on several devices. Then, out of the blue, the rate increased no prior notice it was significant. Then I downgraded to the basic plan, which incl. The basic plan, incl. Security apps, theft & ID plan protection. Now, all it only incl. App Security. ID & theft are extra. My apps were breached twice. I'm very disappointed.

What can I say.....I have been using Lookout since the beginning. I have it on desktop tops, laptops, and cell phones. I have had it on my Sprint, my mom's Consumer Cellular, my sisters TMoble, MetroPcs, AT&T, Verizon, and now Soectrum. I have had no issues. I don't have the pay version ( although I am considering it), It just works. During the pandemic, it alerted me twice to issues with my wifi. Someone was trying to access my phone through it. Thanks to this app crisis, deverted !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing***** It does everything for me. Thanks Lookout!!! I had to contact Lookout and they replied quickly and answered all my questions. July 12, 2023, I am still enjoying the Lookout Security App!! Thanks again!! It's still an amazing App and I wish I had enough income to pay for additional services. It's quick and efficient and this depends on how much is in your electronic device on how long it takes to scan but I recommend it.
