Having been the technical manager for a couple of computer labs for the last decade, I can tell you that when the antivirus software fails you really know it has failed. When it works, is intuitive and does its job your only reminder is when you have to wait for a scan or an update. I use the free version on my old HTC G2, and it works perfectly on the single core 800MHz phone. Never had a problem, and only had one virus alert, about 4 months ago. I just let it do its thing, and the phone is still perfect.
Not only the app 'Lookout Security & Antivirus' is a useful tool to have on your smart phone- this app, per se is educational and informational based on what I learned from its glossary (ex. app dropper). For those who may be unfamiliar with aforementioned app's features, I encourage you to explore it and learn what it has to offer. Best Regards, ♡ Ashley May O'Reilly ♡
It doesn't take pix, and I have not been able to find my lost/stolen phone's for the last few times I lost them. It hardly ever takes a picture when I turn it off. Not the best, used to be better....
I have had this App for some time now. I am made aware of any possible Viruses prior to installation of any New App. I can run additional check-ups on any unusual App when I check Look-Out personally.
Real time Web browsing protection. Theft aletrs. The premium features are totally worth the investment. I haven't had a single problem in years with LookOut.
