Has never completed a scan I have installed this app on several Samsung devices. I have NEVER seen it finish a scan because it will crash in the same spot every time. On this device it is app #408. Well how am I supposed to know what app that is!? Just put the app name instead of some number. Unreal.
I gave it a 5 star rateing off the bat. Due to haveing many spywares and now ONLY relying on and haveing ALL lookouts protection spyware protection/apps. My phone has NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. Great addition to my optimus Lg9. Only recomend premium version for a business owner otherwise the free version works excellent. 100% recomended by android users.
Effective Good, generally works but user interface could be improved. Tends to quit without any error messages when apps number above 400 (at least for my 2 Prev galaxy s2)
Will Not Complete Scan I have Droid Turbo with latest Google updates...this app will not complete a scan. Gets to 57%, then stops. Really don't want to uninstall, but is currently useless! Will change rating when actually works...
Creates adds of its own Installed the app and scanned my phone. Seems ok. It then places an add to promote its own security product. And the permissions the security app needs is in violation of this app.?????. Come on. I'm trying to get rid of advertisements ffs.
It doesn't do a good job, and it doesn't do a bad job either........ In fact, it does no job at all...... Due to the fact it keeps crashing. Start the scan, it then starts analysing your apps, then every single time it hits 57%.... It stops, then a msg comes on the screen, saying "Unfortunately, Ad Network Detector Has Stopped" A Very disappointing security app from Lookout, who are normally bang on with their products.
