I LOVED the previous Loop app. Super fast, user friendly & so easy to navigate. The new update has killed all that for me. I stood in line to pay, waited for the app to load the 'sign in' option. Another minute to get to the interface. I tried to check the balance in order to make the payment, it loaded again for another 2 mins & gave me a "no internet connection error". Loads everything slow & you'd be lucky to pay or check balance. You killed a good app NCBA! Fire that designer as well!

It is super slow, especially when completing Till and Paybill payments. Fingerprint confirmation takes too long to go through. You also hyped the May 7th update with prior announcements about it, yet the only thing it added was the ability to delete notifications. Can you all be serious, please!

Downloaded the app today, the concept of it is fantastic with it offering cards, a place to have your bills in one place for easy payment I'd imagine 😊 but I believe it's still in the beginning stages of conception but I look forward to seeing where it will lead once it picks up and what new offers, brands and the like will be present 😊
