Very cool with great potential! The biggest thing bothering me is that the touch is too sensitive where i have to poke really quickly otherwise it thinks im trying to drag. The other thing is it stops my music whenever i enter the game, even though your game has no sound.
Great start, a few ideas for the Dev I have seen a few apps like this, and have liked most of them. This one, unlike the others, has potential. IDEA 1: Optimize the app, by splitting the code up into multiple individual pieces, for example, keeping the puzzle generation code in a separate file from the logic sheets. Doing this will massively reduce lag within the app, especially at higher difficulty levels. 2: Add zoom functions, in order to assist players who like to see a larger picture.
Good app but: 1 - the touch is a little bit sensitive. App sometimes will think player are dragging instead of poking 2 - no zoom function (a 2 fingers style zoom, in and out, would be perfect) 3 - sometimes, there is a situation where it is just impossible to know between 2 or 3 blocks where is the monster. Most of times this is not a problem since player levels up and can go after these blocks later. But in perfect mode (always lvl 0) this is annoying, and it makes this mode almost unplayable, when you dont have lanterns anymore it is certainly gameover. In other modes this can happens too, specially in the beginning of a mode, making the player to be stucked and forcing him loose life or lantern. This sounds difficult to dev, but a algorythim to prevent player from getting stucked (no clue what block) would make this game more sense to be scored, since the game would be less based on luck
Flags cannot prevent the effect of an accidental tap on a monster cell; it's like they're useless

Very cool game! A fun and creative twist on Minesweeper. I was hooked immediately. I did find myself wishing there were sound effects... Maybe in a future update? :)
