App terrible, works about 5% of time. Multiple users, all have same issue. App doesn't load ('connecting') and when it does, random success actually viewing anything. Never works when we need/want it to (like when away from home) works best when we don't want (sends thousands of false alarms of nothing, rarely get notifications of real event activity.) Impossible to get settings right. When trying to adjust settings, app disconnects before anything can be saved. This is truly garbage.

This app only seems to work when I'm at home and my phone is connected to the same wi-fi network. If I don't have my phone's wi-fi on, it won't connect. As soon as I turn on the phone's wi-fi, ta-dah! Connects to the device just fine but live feed won't load. The whole point of this app for me is to see what's going on when I'm NOT home. Might as well delete the app. 😑

Cameras & dvr, great quality. App, complete garbage. Crashing, not playing live stream, app icon showing x notifications then getting on the app & going to notifications and seeing none. Opening a notification for camera x & having it play back camera y. App crashing and having to uninstall then reinstall to be able to use. Considering the app is a big part of why most of us have bought this system, it ends up being almost useless. Thankfully I don't have to rely on it for my kids protection.
