NOT user friendly! Too many steps to navigate just to obtain basic information. Too slow. Previous app was MUCH simpler, easier to use. After a few months of use, my opinion hasn't changed. In addition to the above, purchases made AND payments don't process for a couple of days! I like to pay off my purchases IMMEDIATELY, but have to wait at least 2 days (sometimes longer) to even see purchases and or payments. VERY annoying!

I dont like this new app at all! The home page used to be a listing of all accounts with current balances. Now, it lists multiple accounts activity. My balances are not even accurate anymore. The desktop website is accurate but not convenient to utilize each time. How can a credit union app not calculate my correct balance?? The old non working app prevents me from using Zelle, and this new one doesn't have it. If I could give negative stars, I would! Awful App!!!

This new system has "locked me out" on 4 different option. This has been frustrating. Paybill is horrible to use. When the transfer was made the incorrect data was not successful transfered. By paying the wrong person. Today I am still confused on how to choose the sending out date to have it received by the payee Please review that section again it is not clear to the members. Make it simple!!!!! The new system,when reviewing my credit card activities it will not show transactions or details..
