The app is a let-down. In "offline mode" - needed in my area because the cell reception sucks - the app is weak. It has far fewer options than the online version. All the online options, except perhaps the profile library, should be present in the offline version and they are not. This is unacceptable when the device is marketed as "Bluetooth-controlled". In my view, don't spend money on the Hush, at minimum, until the offline options are at least as feature-complete as the online ones.

As much as I love my lovense toys and how close they and the app help me feel with my partner despite being thousands of miles apart, there are some issues with the update that didn't exist before. We can't be on a call for more than a few minutes without getting a "poor network connection" message and it dropping, when he tries to send patterns, they don't come through and the toy just stays at a solid vibration, and we've also noticed some messages are getting lost and not coming through.

The App is phenomenal, when you can get your toy(s) to stay connected. Many different times I have lost bluetooth connectivity in the middle of using it for its intended purposes, which is beyond frustrating. Or, the app will pick up the toy, but never connect. Its a hit or miss with the app. Some days, it works great, other days are just a crappy experience; between making sure the toy is connected in the first place, and stays connected during use. Hopefully a software update can fix this
