Are you living with cancer, a stressed-out survivor, or an overwhelmed caregiver? Guess what? You’ve found the perfect App! Loving Meditations provides potent and practical mind-body wellness tools to elevate daily quality-of-life for all those touched by cancer.
Hi, we’re David and Tamara, founders of Loving Meditations. We know how you feel because we’ve been there, too. In 2013, David was diagnosed with stage-4 cancer and Tamara became a first-time caregiver. We were terrified and felt completely in over our heads. However, it was practicing meditation and self-care techniques that helped us get through it all. And, we’re happy to report that David is now a survivor!
Use Loving Meditations programs everyday, at home or in healthcare facilities, and discover profound self-care as you become an active participant in your cancer journey. Enjoy easy-to-follow tools for anxiety, fear, sleeplessness and pain, which may help manage side effects and unpleasant symptoms often associated with cancer treatment, survivorship and caregiving.
We’re not just any meditation App. We believe that living with cancer is a unique opportunity for self-love and even self-discovery. Therefore, we designed Loving Meditations with calming experiences specifically for you.
The Loving Meditations App is free to download and to use. We encourage you to join the Loving Meditations Community to keep current with our ever expanding library of content.
Explore a variety of relaxing techniques such as guided meditations, breath work, mindfulness-based stress reduction, guided imagery, moving meditation and self-hypnosis.
Loving Meditations was founded by Tamara J. Green, LCSW and David Dachinger. Tamara is an author, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator. David is an author, 2x Grammy® nominated engineer, composer and stage-4 cancer survivor. As a caregiver and patient they lived through cancer diagnosis and treatment including scans, radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. Their journey led them to discover growing scientific research* demonstrating how meditation and the mind-body connection can help reduce fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, pain and fear for patients, survivors and caregivers.
