OMAHA BEWARE: App order failed, but still charged nearly $200 to my bank card with a message in app saying a refund will be provided within 2 business days and to place another order. I won't be doing that, obviously, because if it fails again, I'll have almost $400 on hold in my bank account. Either order at the truck and wait 30+ minutes in line in 100 degree weather... or skip this entirely. I'm skipping it now.

The app forces the user to pick a "location" and you have to go into settings to change it. It's pretty buggy and awkward to change locations. There shouldn't be a location, the phone knows where the user is. The user may live between "locations", the user may be traveling. The app forces the user to pick a single android device. There's no reason for this. If a family or couple want to share one id there's no reason why not. Unless the goal is to make it harder to earn rewards.

The app needs a redesign to get user friendly. Tried to order from a truck. Get all the way through to credit card info. Only 1 time offered for the pickup. Then submit the order and get the message that no more orders today. Really? Tell me about that earlier on the process offer an alternative date & location. Andy that's if you can easily find the way to pre-order from a truck. We abandoned the order.
