The Papa John’s app in Kinshasa is a disaster. After four follow-up calls, I was lied to and told my pizza was on the way, when in reality, the kitchen hadn't even seen the order. You cannot contact the stores directly, leaving you at the mercy of a service center that provides false updates. Easily the worst delivery experience I've had in the city.

This App is useless for pick up. We placed an order and it took us 30 mins to reach the restaurant, yet we waited for 1 hr to get our order.
