Stored sound My phone memory got full even though I removed every music image or film to my computer. Then I found that if you choose to record sound it is not just checking if you are making noise. I actually saves all sounds you make. I tried to erase them one by one but I could not. When I erased the whole directory I freed 900 mb. Fix that please

It disagrees with my time I tried to set my alarm for a given time, but the app refused to set an alarm any earlier than eight hours from the current time. These are tools for us, not the other way around. Uninstall.

Alarms twice. The graphs are not log scaled so you don't see much of your sleep activity, indeed the light sleep shows as spukes on a flat deep sleep for me. Even after waking up on the light sleep alarm, it goes off again at the alarm time for me. You don't get to select your alarm. I guess you get what you paid for with this product but at least it works sort've, well not really for me.

Meh I would have to actually unlock my phone before it would allow me to dismiss the alarm, and even then it wouldn't always work. I pretty much would have to turn off the phone. And the smart alarm didn't seem to work. Good idea, but it has an lot of bugs.

WTF! When I set 1 alarm, don't expect the app to erroneously set an extra 3 at it's leisure and at rediculace times of the morning.

Great log, alarm, and sleep analyzer I have been using this app for nearly a year now and it is hands down the best alarm clock, sleep analyzer, and dream journal out there. Not to mention that all your data is synchronized and backed up online! Would definitely recommend.

Useful to regulate my sleeping pattern I am finally able to setup the app to be useful to me. It has many options - some of which are not related and are too detailed for the average Joe. The sync process could improve. Also, it seems like the daylight savings time is not calculated correctly for the Offset hours.
Some bugs I've been using this app for years and am experiencing bugs. I CANNOT answer calls that come in before my alarm goes off. NOT GOOD. The alarm ALWAYS repeats. I have it set not to, but it will go off again if I don't go in and manually uncheck it. Luckily I remember to do so or I would be in a lot of unwanted situations out and about.
Really neat! I like almost everything about this app. Usually it does wake me up during a lighter stage of sleep, but sometimes it wakes me up in the middle of a dream (guess I'm moving and it's misinterpreting the movement). I tried Sleep Tracker a while back and returned it, partially because the bulky watch sucked to wear. I like not having to wear anything on my wrist to use this. Something I would change is the giant Snooze button that I often hit by accident. It should have a slider instead.
I've only used the sleep log option, so I have no idea how well the other options work. I do wish there were an easier way to log sleep disturbances (i.e. kids coming in at 5 am to ask for water...) I'm a stickler for logging every thing, and the fact that the auto alarm resets every time I wake up for 5 minutes is kind of annoying.
Okay I like it, but I wish you could pick which alarm was the smart alarm because I have to take medicine two hours before I actually get up and the smart alarm only works for the earliest alarm so I used my phones alarm to take my medicine, but it messes with my phone's alarm by not allowing me to turn the alarm off. I wish this could be fixed. Other than that I love this app. It really has helped me with sleeping. I just wish that one issue could be fixed. Please?
Really good but... Firstly, this app has many great tips and trick to help you stay awake or fall to sleep but.. The smart alarm for me anyway (Samsung Galaxy S4) seems to have quite bad timing, it acts like a regular alarm clock waking me up at the start of its 30 min period, instead of evaluating current trends.
Great for tracking intermittent sleep After my first child was born everyone (including myself) kept wondering how much sleep I was getting. I was waaaaay to tired to do the math after waking up 4 times in the night. (or even remember when I was awake or asleep). This app filled the gap wonderfully. I don't use the alarms at all, but the sleep tracking is exactly what I needed.
Really cool, but a few issues This app is really good. I like knowing how long I've been sleeping for and also writing my dreams in the note field. I have a few suggestions though; auto-capitalization on the note field would be good. Also perhaps allow the punch-in offset to be entered rather than selected; big difference between 15 and 30 minutes. I also found this morning my log wasn't showing and I had to close and reopen the app a few times. I was worried I'd loose all my entries!
I love it, but... I wish the smart alarm had a "before and after" option, where you can tell how much longerAFTER the set time you want it to keep tracking, because if, by an unknown reason, you don't get to light sleep within the 30 minutes, it wakes you up mid-REM anyways. It's not a problem when I do the setting up, since I can set it to 15 minutes later than the right time, but it is an issue with auto-alarm, and snooze can't help you go back to REM, so you spend the say exhausted as you did with your cell phone alarm.
Very useful but buggy in places The app is a great alarm companion, although there are a few fixes to make: negative sleep debt builds up, even though the info says you can't do that in reality. Also, I've found that when waking up early with the smart alarm, the alarm still goes off at the alarm time which can be annoying as you are already awake! Other than that, it is very informative. I use this free app a lot despite problems.
I love all the resources it has and all the info on sleeping and what-not. I think it's extremely resourceful and helpful to people who have trouble sleeping. I also love that i can see when i move, but i can't hear much and i can only track my sounds and movements when my screen is on, but even though my phone is plugged in and settings are changed, the screen eventually turns off. So, I'm not too sure this app is accurate. There were a few other things that also led me to believe this. See for yourself!
Makes the world a better place Sleepbot works really well for me. It has tons and tons of features, many of which I didn't know I wanted. And major points for being free! The freeness of this app is pretty bodacious. The interface hasn't bee. material designified (yet), but it looks good and works well so this is a minor issue. Also, I've noticed that the bedtime reminders don't work with greenify, but if you ungreenify sleepbot everything works fine.
Lots of promise (-) email to support goes unanswered; (-) quiet to full alarm broken (Nexus 5, KitKat 4.4.2), its always full volume, so I don't use alarm at all; (+) logging function combined with rating of each night is very cool (*) would be nice if graphs dynamicly scaled, allowing zoom on/out. (*) audio playback is frustrating as can't choose duration (start and stop times) (*) would like to be able to split sessions, e.g. recorded from 11pm to 8am, but woke up 5am for ~20min. (*) allow backup/sync to alternativ
Really good concept I really like the smart alarm concept of gently waking you up during the non deep sleep period. However, the latest version has glitch where the smart alarm option would still track movement all night long instead of 30 minutes before wake up time. Please fix this issue otherwise I'm very pleased with the apps. I'm using HTC sensation

Recent research suggests that exposure to blue light before sleep may distort your natural (circadian) rhythm and cause inability to fall asleep.
The cause is the photoreceptor in your eyes, called Melanopsin. This receptor is sensitive to a narrow band of blue light in the 460-480nm range which may suppress Melatonin production - a hormone responsible for your healthy sleep-wake cycles.
In experimental scientific studies it has been shown an average person reading on a tablet or smart phone for a couple of hours before bed time may find their sleep delayed by about an hour.
The Twilight app makes your device screen adapt to the time of the day. Sleep Cycles provides an interface to find the perfect time to fall asleep or wake up. It utilizes researched methods to decide the optimal time to setup alarms.
By using the proper sleep cycle at night, you will feel more refreshed when you wake up. Your body is typically already in a half awake state during a REM cycle. This application just calculates when these typically occur!
You can decide when to fall asleep, based on a wakeup time specified by you. Assuming your phone has the ability, it can also setup alarms to remind you to start heading to sleep and one to wake up.
You can tell it you're heading to sleep now, and it will assume you need ~15 minutes to goto sleep. It will list the best times for you to wake up, and also provides the ability to set alarms for any of these times.
