Ratings and reviews

Expensive service compared to the slow response and lack of follow ups. Lack of some key services such as ex rays. Its a good initiative, but the company need to work on their non-medical staff's skills. On the other hand, the medical staff were experienced and cooperative, yet there was a lack of referring to specialists when service was provided initially.

The UI/UX is very nice and the app is flawless, but I have a concern, and that js the reason I downloaded the app but it did not has that, and it is. The app does not have a therapist or a psychological adviser
