Are you awake? It does work, but you have to pay good attention to your surroundings. Try to imagine that is a dream and make things happen. Very important to have an intention what do you want to do when you become aware that's all a dream...Lots of techniques!
A GUIDE FOR SLEEP FANATICS this is simple and mybe the best teaching app to teach lucid dreaming to remember your dreams. I'm just getting started so wish me luck :-P
Great way to keep track of your subconscious. I would like to see the tags as links so you can open the corresponding dream journal entries by clicking on the tag. It would also be nice to get visuals like graphs for the number of times a tag has been used.
It works, but don't push your luck As much as it does work, honestly I started doing it too often, pretty much every night and started having really bad nightmares literally every night, then I realised I needed a break, so I stopped for about 5 months, coming back to it now since I wanna try again
Nice but poor efficency. After hiding a word in Dream Patterns, the screen is reset right back to the top of the list. This is not convenient. A SELECT ALL feature would be appreciated. Also, you should have Dream Patterns organised into NOUNS, VERBS, ADJECTIVES, CONJUNCTIONS etc.
Dreams from the future I've downloaded this app after a while of not using it and I'm synching my lucid dreams of the past months. For some reason, the dreams from May 2015 (a year ago) are from "the future", but still, in the list they are placed in the right place, after April 2015 and before June. I don't get it.
