Memento Database is a highly flexible and customizable database management tool. Created for anyone seeking to store various data on their Android devices, the software enables users to create custom libraries with unique sets of data fields, quickly add new entries and, finally, share entries with friends or colleagues, or export them to other systems with just a few taps.

A proper database management tool is nothing without corresponding search, navigation and sorting tools. Memento Database has it all – and it even supports barcode scanning for searching the database!

Google Sheets
Memento supports online synchronization to the Google Sheets application via Google Drive and allows users to edit their records on their PCs.
The app can also be used as mobile forms for Google Sheets.

Cloud
All data can be stored in the Memento Cloud. All such entries, photos, and files are synchronized automatically between the cloud and local copies on Android devices. Users can provide access to their data to other users, enabling teamwork use.

The program is readily used by anyone from grocery shoppers to cooking enthusiasts collecting recipes to field scientists on a mission. Shopping lists, purchases and expenses, movie collections, tasks, fishing spots, store inventory, and pretty much anything else – all can be easily added to a user's database and quickly found, sorted, filtered, and analyzed afterwards.

I have tried many databases but this is hands down the best however although I have previously bought the pro license I now find I can only download 3 out of 5 previously stored databases in the cloud after reinstalling the software on my tablet. Can you please let me know what I need to do?

I've used 8 Android databases testing to see what features they offer and which are the easiest to use. Memento is by far the easiest to use and understand as well as it has the most features to offer. I like the ability to also access/modify the data from my windows laptop. Thanks for a great app!!!

Kudos, the best database record keeper Love the customizable field structures and templates that allow the user to store anything he/she pleases. Not to happy with the fixed ' I'm planning...' appearing on the main screen even though I changed these items while editing the structure.

Needs Clarity on subscription. This is absolutely brilliant and works excellent across my devices. Unfortunately to get to work at its best you need to pay twice. Once for the full pro momento and then each month for data storage. Personally think the problem should come free with data subscription.

Close but needs more cigars I am using Memento to replace a HanDBase database. I think it is very overpriced. I could use my own cloud to synchronize my desktop, not $6 a month. I like the ability to connect or link to things on the web like images. Yet the search function sucks. There is no way to search while incorporating a filter. You always get all possible results instead of just filtered results. I also find the link function works better on my phone than on the desktop? At times I find a link I want to incorporate but no updat

Does exactly what I need it to do. I moved to memento from using a lesser database that the developer is no longer supporting. This database has all of the features I requested the other developer to incorporate. If you are on the fence, just download it and try it, you'll love it. The single complaint I have is that I can't reorder the databases on the main screen. Other than that, I have no complaints or problems. I even sprung for the $6.00/mo plan to get the cloud storage and added features. Get it, you'll love it.

Love the permission transparency! This is a great app on its own, but what I really appreciate is the transparency of the permission requests! So often, you don't know why the app is asking for a particular permission, but this spells it out and let's you know if it isn't absolutely required. This should be a model for other apps to follow.

When you need more than a list I keep track of my gas mileage and never found a note app that is able to do what this can. Exporting directly to Google docs as a spreadsheet is fantastic. There is still so much more that I can use. 5 stars.

Just the app I have been looking for! I use it to monitor my bad habits and their effects on me. I almost stopped smoking! :) Easy to edit database, clean interface. Could we add our own measuring units? I.e. I'd like to have mililiters?

My Nice Memento Dear developer bro, Very very use full app. Thanks a lot!!.. I have a suggestion: can you add a field for reminder?. Eg-a bill dues a specific date or time. To remind this matter... And another thing the barcode field not a unique. I don't know "Javascript".

Better than a CRM It's more than worth it to go pro, though I hope to talk to the devs in the near future to find out any thoughts on self-hosting options. I've tried about a million billion contact management/DB options and this one just kicks ass. Great Linux desktop interface, though as far as I can determine, you have to manually launch it from the terminal each boot with Java. Seems like the devs are continually improving and updating this project.

Best database app out there This is by far the most flexible database all out there. It has room for improvement but all in all it is excellent for what I need! Hope to see more event types being added! I dont think is possible to open an entry for Editing when I change the status of a Radio Selection... yet

Backup The only reason for two stars is the lack of ability to backup without paying a monthly fee . What a rip off for cloud storage . Can i back up to a usb stick if i have pro ? It seems i can't direct the backup to anywhere except the drive that the app is installed to is this correct or am i missing something that should be a basic backup opperation?

Easy to Use Database I looked at several database programs but some were too simple while others too complex. This one has allowed me to build the database that I wanted. I've used it for 3 years without any problems. I've also loaded it on a Windows 10 PC, and using Memento Cloud sync both the PC and this tablet.

Easy to use/cloud sync Easy to use and customizable. Can upload to Google Drive and free for 5 library. But it's getting a bit complicated to set up from scratch.

Only semi functional app. For example, the desktop version (needed to edit from desktop) won't let you import/export CSV files into the app unless you pay a $6/mo subscription. Miserable if you have already existing databases to import into the app. Was hoping for a replacement to HandBase....since that seems to be an abandoned app; was hoping that it would be this....but I guess not.

Using for a few years. Outstanding. I'm a database guy and developer, using this app for small private projects. It's matured over time and includes a lot of very cool features for such a small app. It's not a complete DBMS, don't expect it to be. But what it does it does very well, and there is a vibrant user community discussing it all the time.

Gah!!! So awesome! I love this app! Sure, there are some things I would like to see added but it's the best database app for non-coders. Also, I am compiling a list of what I would like to see developed and will submit them for review. Thank you for this! I can't wait to have money for the pro version!
