DO NOT USE! Inaccurate timing and no reliability. App claims 30 to 60 minutes to pick up. I bought a large item and ordered a pick up. Timing changed to 16 hours from now. This is at 4pm during the week in southern California not some hard to find location. Huge inconvenience and the app is useless without reliability.

Did not receive our delivery until midnight even though item were purchased at 10 am. Terrible customer service with no live operator to talk to. The 2 movers were not at fault and it was the companies fault for being overwhelmed with deliveries. The guys were very tired as were we with delivery this late. Would not recommend them.
Yenny and Lonnie were awesome! I should've gone with a bigger car, but because I'm not moving very far, I just got an extra pickup and it would've come out to basically the same price as the bigger van. Yenny and Lonnie helped advise me to do this and then moved all the stuff they could fit in their van really smoothly. No complaints! They were awesome.

These guys lost my $4500 couch cushion and left me waiting an hour without telling me they were delayed looking for the cushion. What professional mover loses a couch cushion? This was my first and last time using this service.
I used Lugg for the first time and right on time, Shane and Jiovani arrived to help. They were both very friendly, respectful of my things, and happy to help. Will definitely recommend Lugg to my friends.
The service was good. On time and very helpful movers. The app would be greatly improved if you could see where the drivers are, especially once they have your stuff. That would not only help with coordinating meeting them, but also with peace of mind. App itself is a bit bare bones.
Not only was the estimate $40 lower than the actual cost but they broke the porch light. Movers are friendly and quick but the customer service is terrible and they wont replace anything if it is broken. You're better off using task rabbit.
Late to ETA by one hour, no customer service to contact. How is this any different than any other moving service?
Fantastic app and service. I originally set a pick up time later in the day and I received a text from Lugg customer support that said they could pick up the items earlier. They were timely, efficient and just really nice guys. What more could you ask for? Will be definitely using again

Annoyingly useless Just installed app won't open after I entered my info
Horrible Service I requested Lugg to transport a sofa and they did not adhere to the time window that was provided. Furthermore, there is no direct customer support center for help. I will never use this service again as I got stuck at a public storage facility without transportation.
Not installed I re-installed it 3 times! It doesn't work! After typed code into window of app it closed and closed the app!
