There is a huge difference between the information shown in the app and on the website. Most of the time, the app has the correct information. However, even if a parcel status says it has arrived at the office, you might be surprised to learn that the office staff can’t find it. It looks like it’s still at the terminal. The info is not accurate.

Works awfully! Had to reinstall several times to be able to enter the app. Terminals installed in a private place with with code for entrance, obviously no code was provided by the NP. Incredible, they proposed to come in office the other day instead. When proposed terminal services they did not say that App installation will be necessary to acces the shipping. They delivered the pack in terminal after three days after pack arrived. Bluetooth did not paired, support service was unresponsive.

Worst app ever! Can't register, persistent messages "something went wrong" and so on. Update: A few months later, I tried again, registration was successful, and the app is working fine overall.
