I purchased a Luminess Air system. All of a sudden I got a message from Paypal that they charged my account for ,$40.95. It took days to finally get ahold of someone. It's a good thing I didn't use the product yet. The 19.99 deal is a FARCE. You HAVE to have a subscription, I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the 40.95 charge. They can't do that because it's to pay for the system that was to be 19.99. I have to send the whole thing back in order to get my money back!

Love the airbrush makeup. The app in itself tho.. kinda sucks.. It's just set up weird- kinda unorganized and confusing. Other than that, they're great. Customer service is really good..The tutorials are helpful and easy to understand. Only thing I dont like is that it's all a little over-priced, in my humble opinion. However, they do have great sales all the time. I haven't tried their other makeup, but I love the airbrush method of application.

Read most of the reviews and have experienced many of the same issues. Been a customer for years and have used many products from the 1st spray makeup machine, to the upgraded breeze, the spray silk foundation and primer, now the mirage foundation and blush. Deleted the app, stopped the subscriptions in 2024. Why I started this process again I have no idea. I have already had issues with this new order, wishing I never had done it. Customer service is a nightmare. I love the products. We'll see.
